Britnie Turner Keane founded Aerial in 2009 at the age of 21 with the mission of elevating people and places. Britnie has since formed multiple companies under the Aerial brand all accelerating the mission by empowering people, sustaining the planet and utilizing capitalism as a force for good. Through the success of her companies, Britnie is resetting the standard of what is possible for women and young people across the globe and has won several national and international awards for speed of growth, innovation and trajectory. Aerial’s commitment to a triple bottom line approach is proving that conscious business is not only viable but the way of the future.
Chief Financial Officer
David Kowalski serves as CFO for Aerial and its related entities. He was previously the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Avenue Bank and brings with him 20 years of experience in the accounting field, the most recent 10 being spent in community banking. David is a CPA and has an MBA.
Business is reliant on its banking partners and its ability to produce timely and accurate financial information David understands both worlds and leads our accounting team in turning financial data into actionable information.
Director of Operations
Hoskins manages the day-to-day operations of Aerial Development Group. With an MBA in Executive Management and Marketing, Hoskins brings an extensive skill set to the Aerial team. She has been promoted within Aerial 4x in her 3 years of employment, proving her ability to be responsible for very high-level and strategic projects. On top of managing the staff and overall company operations she compiles in-depth market research to developed project-specific growth and marketing plans as well as overseeing 3rd party vendors
President of Aerial Builders Construction
With over 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian Kennedy leads Aerial’s construction company. Kennedy is both a management professional and a seasoned construction leader within the field. With extensive experience in small to large scale project development. Kennedy’s strengths begin in project origination, strategic planning, project management, concept and design development, and negotiating and managing contracts. Kennedy’s track record for reliably achieving on-time and within budget completion results in consistently high customer satisfaction and a superior product.
